The student organization at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta level is a forum for students to develop their student capacity in the form of aspirations, initiations, or positive and creative ideas through various activities that are relevant to the goals of national education and the vision and mission of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta which work organizationally. The form, completeness, and nature of the FSR ISI Yogyakarta student organization are determined based on agreement between students and do not conflict with applicable laws or regulations. The election of the chairman and management of the Faculty Student Executive Board (BEM) and the Department Student Association (HMJ) membership is formed with a one-year period of service through democratic elections.
The position of student organizations in higher education is a non-structural completeness in higher education organizations that work based on self-established systems and rules with the function of student organizations as a forum for student representatives as a container and channel for student aspirations. Ideas between students as the development of the potential and identity of students as complete and intact academic people; development of organizational skills, management, and fostering leadership spirit; maintaining and developing science, art, and technology based on academic norms, ethics, morals, religion, and national insight.
The responsibility of BEM and HMJ to the degree of freedom and work mechanisms in all activities / programs to uphold moral values and academic values, maintain the mandate and sustainability of the organization they carry, and maintain the image of FSR ISI Yogyakarta as a superior university.The ISI Yogyakarta student organization was formed at the faculty and department levels within the FSR ISI Yogyakarta, the 2019/2020 service period has ended marked by the submission of the committee certificate on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Dean's Building on the 1st floor of FSR ISI Yogyakarta, attended by Assistant Dean II Mrs. Yulita Kodrat P., M.T., Assistant Dean III Lutse lambert Daniel Morin, S.Sn., M.Sn, Sub.coordinator of Student Affairs Mr. Sahari Suwarno, S.IP., and representatives of the BEM HMJ management for the 2019/2020 period.... The Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta would like to thank the loyalty, hard work, smart work, and sincere work of all female students who have completed their service period. It is for this hard work that female students between generations can synergize to carry out artistic appreciation with the institution. May God Almighty reward all goodness and be blessed with health, longevity, happiness, superior ideals, and always be showered with grace by God.
