The activity lasted for two weeks, starting from October 9 to 24, 2024. Through this collaboration, students played a direct role in creating a work that not only demonstrated technical skills, but also integrated the cultural and environmental values of the local community.
This collaboration provides students with real-world experience in making connections with industry and academia, both locally and internationally. These cross-cultural and professional interactions open up opportunities for students to build valuable international networks, and become an important foothold in their future career development. In addition, the creative works produced by ISI Yogyakarta students in this festival also show the university's commitment in fulfilling the Main Performance Indicators (KPI), especially in the aspect of increasing international cooperation.
By prioritizing the main principles of culture and sustainability, ISI Yogyakarta's participation in the 4th Pulau Ketam International Art Festival reflects the achievements and contributions of Indonesian art in the international arena, and shows ISI Yogyakarta's dedication to enriching student experience and competence through creative and meaningful art projects.
