Bantul, March 4, 2026 — In order to realize excellent and integrity-based public services, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD) of the Indonesian Institute of the Arts (ISI) Yogyakarta officially opened a survey related to the evaluation of the quality and service standards provided to the public through Public Satisfaction Index (IKM) Survey and Anti-Corruption Perception Index Survey.
To obtain objective and targeted evaluation results, FSRD ISI Yogyakarta invites the entire academic community and the general public—ranging from students, lecturers, education staff, student parents/guardians, industry partners, prospective students, to the general public who have interacted with or experienced services available at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design—to participate in filling out the survey.
This step is a concrete manifestation of a sustained effort to build an Integrity Zone (ZI) towards a Corruption-Free Region (WBK) and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region (WBBM).
Why is Your Participation Important?
Every assessment, critique, and suggestion provided through this survey is invaluable, as the collected data will be analyzed and used as the primary basis for the Faculty in planning policies, improving service systems that are still less than optimal, and ensuring that all services at FSRD are free from all forms of gratification, illegal levies (pungli), or discrimination.
The survey results will be absolutely used for the benefit of evaluating and improving the quality of institutional services, and for no other purpose. Therefore, the data from these survey results will be kept confidential.
How to Fill Out a Survey
The survey only takes about 3-5 minutes to complete. For those willing to provide feedback to FSRD, please access the link (link) the official questionnaire below:
