Based on the Circular Letter of the Minister of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 64262/MPK.F/TU.02..03/2021 dated September 22, 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Pancasila Miracle Day Ceremony in 2021, with the theme "Resilient Indonesia Based on Pancasila", it is conveyed to all of you in the Yogyakarta Institute of Arts Indonesia Environment to participate in the virtual reality flag ceremony on Friday, October 1, 2021 at 08.00 WIB through the broadcast of Televisi Republik Indonesia (TVRI) or live broadcast on the Y outube channel of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology, considering that Sewon District is in an orange zone condition and Bantul Regency is in a high risk zone area for the spread of Covid-19 at Level 3.
