PAYMENT OF EDUCATION DEVELOPMENT CONTRIBUTION (SPP), SINGLE TUITION (UKT), VARIABLE SEMESTER CREDIT UNIT (SKS) FEES, AND FILLING OUT STUDY PLAN CARDS
FOR STUDENTS OF THE INDONESIAN INSTITUTE OF ARTS YOGYAKARTA
EVEN SEMESTER ACADEMIC YEAR 2016/2017

It is announced that the payment of Education Development Contributions (SPP), Single Tuition Fees (UKT) and Variable Semester Credit Unit (SKS) Fees, as well as Filling in the Study Plan Card (KRS) for the Even Semester of the 2016/2017 Academic Year for ISI Yogyakarta Students is regulated as follows:
I. Payment of Education Development Contribution (SPP)
A. The amount of tuition fees for ISI Yogyakarta students
1. Indonesian student
2. International Students

B. Students on leave and students who are absent without permission
1. Students on study leave pay 10% of the amount of the Fixed Tuition Fee / UKT rate per semester.
2. Inactive students without permission (absent), if registering active again are required to pay
100% Fixed tuition fees / UKT rates during the period of unauthorized inactivity according to the academic year

C. Basis for Collection of Tuition Fees for Regular, Non-Regular and Foreign Students

1. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 57/KEP/2005 dated April 26, 2005, students starting the 2005 batch in the 2005/2006 academic year are subject to fixed tuition fees and variable SKS fees according to the SKS load taken.
2. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 104.D/KEP/2007 dated August 10, 2007, non-regular students starting the 2007/2008 academic year are subject to SPP and Variable SKS fees according to the SKS load taken.
3. The amount of the fixed tuition fee per semester as well as the Variable SKS fee for foreign students is based on the Letter from the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number: 1840/D/T/2001 dated May 31, 2001 regarding the provisions regarding the admission of foreign students at state universities.
4. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 187/KEP/2012 dated April 18, 2012, concerning the Determination of Academic Quality Improvement Contribution (SPMA) Fees, Education Development Contribution (SPP), and Variable Semester Credit Unit (SKS) fees ISI Yogyakarta Academic Year 2012/2013.
5. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 226/KEP/2012 dated August 6, 2012, concerning the Unification of the Payment System for the Education Fee Components of the Undergraduate and Diploma Programs of ISI Yogyakarta for the 2012/2013 Academic Year.
6. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Improvement I Number: 160/KEP/2013 dated April 16, 2013, concerning the Determination of Single Tuition Rates (UKT) for ISI Yogyakarta students.
7. Letter of Assistant Rector I ISI Yogyakarta Number: 4143/K14.12.1/PP/2014 dated September 4, 2014 regarding SPP rates for ISBI Kaltim Partnership Program Batch 2012
8. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 202/KEP/2015 dated June 10, 2015, concerning the Determination of Single Tuition Rates (UKT) for ISI Yogyakarta students

II. Payment Time
1. Payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for students from 2013, 2014, 2015,
and 2016 were held on January 23 - 27, 2017.
    2. Payment of fixed tuition fees and variable credit fees that are unified, for students of class
2010 through 2012 cohorts were held on February 8 - 10, 2017

III. Place of Payment

1. Main Cash: Bank BNI 46 Sub-Branch Office Jalan Parangtritis No. 120

Yogyakarta

2. All Bank BNI 46 Branch Offices and BNI 46 ATMs throughout Indonesia
3. Payment can also be made via the internet banking

IV. Payment Method Guide

1. Instruction document attached
2. Payment outside the specified date will not be entertained.

V. Time and Place of Consultation for Study Plan Card Filling (KRS)

1. Consultation charging Study Plan Card (KRS) with the Guardian Lecturer held on the date of January 30 - February 1, 2017
2. Consultation place for filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) is carried out at the Faculty or Department / Study Program respectively.
3. KRS approval by the Head of Department / Head of Study Program on February 9 - 10, 2017

Thus to be considered and used as a guideline in the implementation of heregistration even semester 2016/2017.
