• Registration Date: April 2 - 11, 2012
• TA File Collection up to date: April 11, 2012
• Final Exam Implementation: April 23-28, 2012
• TA Requirements    :

1. Submit a certificate of taking the TA exam in duplicate 4 (four) sheets. (Forms can be picked up at the AKMAWA counter)
2. Submit Transcript of Grades: 1 (one) sheet
3. Submit a copy of your high school diploma: 1 (one) sheet
4. Submit a photocopy of KTM that has been validated in the even semester 2011/2012: 1 (One) sheet
5. Submit proof of payment of tuition fees and variable credits for even semester 2011/2012.
6. Submit a final year proposal in duplicate 2 (two) copies which has been signed by Supervisor I, II, and Head of Department.
7. The TA registration file is put in a folio stopmap:

• Fine Arts Major: Blue Color
• Art Craft Department: Red Color
• Interior Design Study Program: Green Color
• DISKOMVIS Study Program: Yellow Color
