Head of the UPT Gallery ISI Yogyakarta, I Gede Arya Sucitra said that with the Fine Art Exhibition "Voltage: Sosol / Articulation", it can be seen the process of change and development of work and thought between FSR ISI Yogyakarta, which is represented by the work of Pure Art department teachers (Painting, Sculpture and Graphics) with FSRD ITB teachers (majoring in Studio Painting, Sculpture, Graphics, Ceramics and Intermedia).

FSR ISI Yogyakarta and FSRD ITB produce thinkers, art practitioners and alumni who have their own diversity and uniqueness. It cannot be denied that from the beginning there was a kind of strong and militant competition (art and discourse) from these two art universities.

For example, there is a 'claim' that ITB is more closely associated with Western laboratory campuses due to the strong and rigorous application of western theoretical knowledge in its teaching.

ASRI (ISI Yogyakarta), on the other hand, is referred to as a populist dictionary due to its learning process, which is formed in the form of resilience.

Chairman of the Fine Art Exhibition Committee "Voltage: Figure/Articulation, Sumaryanti Nurjoko M.Si explained that this exhibition was the first formal exhibition for more than half a century of the existence of FSR ISI Yogyakarta and FSRD ITB at the level of its teachers.

"This exhibition emphasizes the individual achievement of each lecturer; how important is the achievement of creativity and thought, related to his existence as a teacher and a professional in the world of fine arts," explained Nurjoko, who is also a lecturer at FSRD ITB.
