Health and fitness for a person is absolutely necessary, especially for workers who need energy and stamina in every activity.
Employees at Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, which has now implemented a 5-day work system, certainly need strong stamina, otherwise they will definitely get the 5 L disease (tired, weak, tired, loyo and lunglai).
Gymnastics once a week can provide a solution to overcome the 5 L's and gymnastics can help improve the health and vitality of the body and make stamina excellent.
With the change in working hours from 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., it must be necessary for some time to adjust in their daily lives, both work patterns, eating patterns, and rest.
Gymnastics in addition to supporting the body to be healthy, gymnastics can also make the body shape more proportional, especially for mothers who start to burden rather excessive (fat), can become slimmer, more synthetic, and more fresher, because the movements in gymnastics are made all our limbs stomped moving and swaying energetic, adjusting the rhythm of the music presented by the instructors.
Before the gymnastics activities at the Faculty of Fine Arts existed, gymnastics activities at the Rectorate and the Faculty of Performing Arts also existed, every Friday, but with the passage of time at the Rectorate and at the Faculty of Performing Arts stuck.
With the cooperation between the Faculty of Fine Arts and the Kartini Bantul Gymnastics Studio, now every Friday, starting at 07.30 - 08.30, gymnastics activities are held again, located behind the front of the Ajiyasa Building FSR ISI Yogyakarta.
So anyone who feels they need a healthy body, excellent stamina and an ideal body shape, please join the Faculty of Fine Arts.
