On July 8-15, 2024, the Teen Star International Competition was held in Bangkok, Thailand. One of the categories was Nastional Costume Teen Star International 2024.
On that occasion, the clothes of the alumnus of the Batik Craft Fashion Design Study Program FSR ISI Yogyakarta were worn by representatives from Indonesia, namely Kirana who was included in the Pre-Teen category (pre-teen) which was attended by several countries from around the world, such as Australia, Liberia, Thailand, Philippines, Laos, Malaysia, South Korea, Mongolia, Kazakhstan, and other countries. When visiting the Indonesian embassy in Bangkok, Indonesian representatives wore clothes from Batik and Fashion alumnus Muhammad Syam, Fransis Diajeng, Devita, Isti, and Textile Craft alumnus Zuqni Laili.
The competition consists of several categories, namely the age of the participants and there are several elements of assessment, such as Talent Show, Best Evening Gown, National Costume, and others. Kirana won Best Talent, 5th Runner up Teen Star International, and Winner Best National Costume.
