ISI Yogyakarta has set the schedule for the implementation of the New Student Admission Selection (PMB) for the 2016/2017 Academic Year for the S-1, D-4, and D-3 levels as follows:

WAVES I

A. Regular Program

  • Registration and submission of files : April 11 to April 27, 2016
  • Announcement of Practice Test Room and Venue: April 29th, 2016
  • Placement Test and Interview: May 2, 2016 (according to the division of schedules and sessions in each study program)
  • Announcement of Selection Result: May 9, 2016

D. Diploma I (D-1) Program of Yogyakarta State Community Academy of Arts and Culture (DIY Local Government Partnership)

Specific to the Study Program: D-1 Dance, D-1 Karawitan, and D-1 Kriya

  • Registration and submission of files : May 23 to June 9, 2016 (at Dispora DIY)
  • Announcement of Practice Test Room and Venue: June 13, 2016
  • Practical Skills and Interview: June 15 and 16, 2016 (at Dispora DIY)
  • Announcement of Selection Result: June 30, 2016

Registration of new students who have been accepted by the Regular Program (Special and General Path). Non Regular Program, and Partnership Program Wave II on August 9 to 11, 2016.

Registration is done by Online on the page: http://pmb.isi.ac.id according to the schedule that has been determined above. Applicants can only choose 1 (one) study program for 1 (one) selection path.

Before registering, prepare the registration requirements first, including:

(requirements and completeness of registration files for each selection path will be informed further)

  • Scan recent passport with Photo Ratio: 4 x 6, or max resolution 300px x 450px (red background color), with maximum file size : 200kb, File type: jpg, jpeg, or png and prepare personal data (KTP/KK/SIM/Student Card), data on school origin, data on diploma number/certificate of attending UNAS, data on SKHUN/Raport scores for the third, fourth, and fifth semester as materials for filling out the registration form. Online
  • 4 (four) recent 3 x 4 color photographs (red color background)
  • 1 (one) photocopy of identity card (KTP/KK, SIM, or Student Card),
  • For those who will graduate in 2016, Attach 1 (one) photocopy of the Certificate of having taken the Final Examination and a photocopy of the report card for semester III, IV and V which has been legalized by the Principal, while for 2015 and earlier graduates, attach 2 (two) photocopies of STTB / SMA / SMK diploma equivalent and SKHUN which has been legalized by the Principal
  • 1 (one) sheet of Certificate of Parents' Income that has been authorized by the Treasurer for those with a fixed income (civil servants / military / police / private employees), and for others / not fixed (farmers, fishermen, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, etc.) authorized by the local Village Head
  • 1 (one) sheet of Health Certificate from a Doctor so that it does not interfere with the smooth learning process, by stating / including:
    • Healthy lungs and ENT, for students Faculty of Performing Arts all Departments.
    • Not color blind according to specialist, for all students Study Programs except in Music, Karawitan and Ethnomusicology.
    • No physical disabilities, stumbling or stuttering, which could interfere with the study process at each study program in FSP and FSMR.
    • Certificate of Drug Free Use for all faculties and departments
