About Us
The Interior Design Study Program is one of the undergraduate study programs at the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta which educates in the field of planning and designing spaces in residential buildings (residential and public). As a form of applied art, interior design works can be applied to various building functions: houses, hotels, restaurants, shops, offices, museums, etc. The work is realized in the design of space components, aesthetic elements, furniture, etc. The work is realized in the design of space components, aesthetic elements, furniture, and utilities that are creatively arranged.
The Interior Design Study Program is part of the Department of Design, Faculty of Fine Arts, ISI Yogyakarta. This Interior Design program focuses on designing functional and aesthetic interior spaces by following the development of technological advances, adapting the environment and having a cultural character to improve the quality of life of its users. Along with the development of interior design, the interior design process always considers current issues related to universal design, globalization, and sustainable design.
Graduate Prospects
Interior Designers, who have a scientific foundation, expertise, and creativity, are able to independently or in groups create and / study design work on various media and are adaptive to the environment and global technological developments, integrate with other design disciplines and have Indonesian cultural character.

The Interior Design study program of FSR ISI Yogyakarta, which in the course of its long history has been imaged as a higher education institution for fine arts and design that is strong in the field of artistic creativity, is famous for its "manual" expertise, must be synergized with the presence of information technology based on digital technology in developing its resources in an effort to improve the quality of graduates of the Interior Design Study Program of ISI Yogyakarta and the needs of stakeholders to produce a graduate profile that shows competence.
ISI Yogyakarta's S-1 Interior Design Study Program is an A* accredited study program at the Faculty of Fine Arts, Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, which is a state art college the oldest, largest and best** in Indonesia. (*Accredited A by BAN PT, **best art college by DIKTI)
