On 22-24 January 2018, located in the lab. computer lt.1 Interior Design Study Program FSR ISI Yogyakarta has been held socialization of SIMPEG and BKD Online for lecturers at FSR ISI Yogyakarta. The activity was attended by all lecturers at FSR ISI Yogyakarta with alternating schedules. This socialization was opened by the Assistant Dean II of FSR ISI Yogyakarta and guided by a team from UPT PUSKOM ISI Yogyakarta, namely Dr., Rina Martiara, M.Hum. (as head of UPT PUSKOM) and Nugroho, S.Kom. (as Head of Administration of UPT PUSKOM) and in collaboration with Sub. Finance and Personnel Section FSR ISI Yogyakarta.
The purpose of this activity is to make it easier for lecturers to input BKD, and in the future it can be used to submit credit scores. The sanction for lecturers who do not input BKD is :
- For lecturers who receive Lecturer Certification Allowance, their allowance will be terminated.
- For lecturers who do not / have not received the Lecturer Certification Allowance, all new proposals related to the Educator Certificate and Allowance will not be proposed.
This is in accordance with the provisions that a civil servant lecturer must carry out the Tridharma of Higher Education with a workload of at least 12 (twelve) credits in each semester at the university where he works as a permanent lecturer.
With this activity, it is hoped that it can foster discipline in FSR ISI Yogyakarta lecturers towards routine work reports that should be carried out at the end of each semester.
