Lecturer Performance Week
Lecturer workload (BKD) is a description of the SKS load of lecturers implementing Tri Dharma in the next semester with the main elements consisting of education and teaching, research and community service. This lecturer workload needs to be reported periodically to determine the real performance of lecturers carrying out Tri Dharma in terms of credits in the last semester that has been undertaken, where the SKS range limit is at least commensurate with 12 (twelve) credits and at most 16 (sixteen) credits in each semester according to their academic qualifications. The number of credits reported is the maximum value while the final value is determined by the assessor.
BKD reporting at Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta has implemented online reporting for all lecturers who are certified educators by accessing the BKD website. https://sister-pt.kemdikbud.go.id/ use each lecturer's account to input their lecturer workload. Lecturers who meet the requirements according to the regulations will receive a professional allowance every month as compensation for carrying out the lecturer workload.
