Faculty of Fine Arts Yogyakarta Organizes International Academic Seminar
Yogyakarta, August 21, 2023 - The Faculty of Fine Arts Yogyakarta announces the implementation of the 2023 "Academic Seminar". This academic seminar is held in order to provide a platform for academics and art practitioners to present their ideas and innovations.
The seminar will take place over two days, on Sunday and Monday, August 20 and 21, 2023. The time of implementation on this second day is from 08.30 WIB to 13.00 WIB, and is located at Alana Malioboro Hotel, Yogyakarta.
The total number of speakers who will participate in the second day of the seminar reaches 5 people from various circles and universities, with the following details:
- 1 speaker from UITM Malaysia
- 1 speaker from Silpakorn University Thailand
- 2 speakers from ISI Yogyakarta
- 1 speaker from ITB
At the "Summary Seminar and Q&A" session, the moderator, speakers, and audience engaged in an in-depth discussion on the concept of "Unity in Diversity". The discussion became even more colorful as participants came from Indonesia, Malaysia, and Thailand. In a lively atmosphere, the participants enthusiastically exchanged views and ideas, illustrating how rich and diverse perspectives are in looking at how to collaborate going forward. The discussion was not only lively, but also interactive, creating an atmosphere of mutual learning and inspiration.
The seminar was declared successful and interactive, where the participants felt like one big family. Hopefully, through this event, cooperation and collaboration between the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta and local and foreign universities will be strengthened and sustained.
