FINE ARTS GRANT EXHIBITION IN HUNGARY 2012

General Provisions - Technical:
- The exhibition is open to active students taking Major courses (Painting, Sculpture, Graphic Arts).
- The exhibition brings together around 60 selected artworks (paintings, sculptures, graphics).
- The works displayed are the works of lecturers and students of the Fine Arts Study Program.
- The works are brought with the departure of the committee team, in a form without spanraam and exhibited without a frame. (With the hope that the works can be brought back to Indonesia)
- The committee does not provide compensation if in the process of activities due to something that is not intentional by the committee there is damage to the work.
- The special conditions for recruitment of works are further specified as listed below.

Requirements for two-dimensional works:
- Painting and printmaking works on canvas.
- One side of the work should measure a maximum of 60 cm, the other side a maximum of 80 cm (canvas size).
- Form of presentation: Hanging Scroll canvas (like the presentation of traditional Chinese painting)
- Single medium and no texture,
- Easy to roll (see example/illustration*)
- Submitted by the Committee in a rolled-up condition with a pralon package labeled: name of the participant, title of the painting, medium, date of manufacture.
- Submit a letter of intent as an exhibitor and Curiculum Vitae data in the form of softcopy (including data on the last 3 years of activities, and a color photo size 4 x 6 cm,) which must enter the Committee secretariat no later than August 4, 2012 (submitted at the Committee Secretariat).

Requirements for three-dimensional works.
- For monolith works with the following dimensions; Max length. 25 cm; Width max. 25 cm, and max. 60 cm
- Maximum work weight is 5 kg, including packaging.
- Exhibited works are expected to be not easily damaged (broken, cracked etc.)
- To facilitate the return of works, works are submitted along with packaging that has been labeled: the name of the participant, the title and material of the work, th manufacture.
- Submit a letter of intent along with Curiculum Vitae data in softcopy form (including data on the last 3 years of activities, and a color photo size 4 x 6 cm) which must enter the Committee Secretariat no later than
August 4, 2012.

In addition to the provisions written above, there is also an ability sheet that must be signed by participants, with provisions that can be used as guidelines for cooperation between the exhibition organizing committee and participants, to overcome problems that arise at any time.

SELECTION OF WORKS : AUGUST 6, 2012
The selection process of the works was carried out professionally and objectively, and was coordinated with the person in charge of all grant and exhibition activities in Hungary, namely the leader of the group and his representative who was handled by the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta and the Dean of the Faculty of Fine Arts, ISI Yogyakarta.
