Google in collaboration with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo), BSSN, Siberkreasi, ID-IGF, IGF-Youth, and ICT Watch created a comic competition containing a campaign on maintaining privacy.
The comics created were 10 tips from Google that you need to know about security and privacy when surfing the internet. Participants created one image each of the tips.
Two students of the Design Department, Visual Communication Design Study Program, Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta were declared the winners, namely Aulia Azziawaty (DKV student class of 2014) and Salma Syahidah (DKV student class of 2017). They have the opportunity to visit the Google Asia Pacific Office in Singapore in the near future.
More than 300 participants registered for the comic competition, which was curated into 10 best comics, and 5 winners were selected.
