The Department of Education Youth and Sports DIY in 2017 will again provide educational assistance for ISI Yogyakarta students from and with DIY KTP as for the scholarship requirements as follows.
- New students admitted to higher education in the 2017/2018 academic year in DIY
- Students who graduated from high school / vocational / MA class of 2016/2017
- Students with unmarried/family status
- Has a DIY ID card and is included in the family card (KK) of both parents/guardians
- Have a KMS Card (Kartu Menuju Sejahtera) or KTM (Kartu Tidak Mampu) from the village office stating that the student concerned really has difficulty paying for education / cannot afford it.
- The new student is not currently receiving a scholarship from another agency/institution in the same year.
- The student concerned is actually studying at the College (not another College)
SUBMISSION PROCEDURE ATTACH:
The procedure for applying for tuition assistance for new underprivileged students who have been accepted at DIY universities is as follows:
- Universities can submit candidates for tuition fee recipients for new students who are accepted by attaching
- A letter of introduction from the head of the university (Rector / Chair / Director and Dean).
- Photo Copy of SKHUN from diploma that has been legalized by the Principal
- Certificate / Announcement of having been accepted as a new student at the University
- Certificate of not married/family from Kelurahan or Village
- Photo copy of the student's valid DIY ID card and Family Card (KK) of both parents/guardians that have been legalized by the Village Office or Village Head.
- Photo Copy of KMS Card (Kartu Menuju Sejahtera) or Poor Card that has been legalized by the Village / Village or KTM (Kartu Tidak Mampu) from the village office stating that the student concerned really has difficulty paying for education / cannot afford it.
- A statement that the new student is not currently receiving a scholarship from another agency with a stamp of Rp. 6000, -
- Photo copy of Her-regristration Fee Details of new student candidates legalized by the University
- File numbers a to h are each made in duplicate 2 (two), put in a pink stopmap with a label attached (example attached).
Received at the Rectorate of Student Affairs no later than September 7, 2017.
