Inform all prospective graduates in the environment of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, several things related to the implementation of the 2015/2016 odd semester graduation are as follows:
- Graduation of graduates for the academic year 2015/2016 will be held on the following date March 12, 2016.
- Graduation registration is served at the BAAKPSI Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta from the date of February 22 to February 26, 2016, during working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08.00 - 14.30 WIB (Break at 12.00 - 13.00)
- Friday: 08.00 - 13.30 WIB (Break at 11.30 - 13.00)
by submitting the following requirements:
2.1. Registration form that has been signed by the Dean as much as 1 (one) sheet
2.2. Biodata of prospective graduates / graduates as many as 2 (two) sheets
2.3. Photocopy of high school diploma / diploma as many as 2 (two) sheets
2.4. Legalized copy of the student card for the odd semester of 2015/2016.
Akmawa as many as 2 (two) sheets
2.5. Latest black and white photo pass size 3 x 4 cm as many as 7 (seven) sheets
2.6. Pay the graduation fee of Rp. 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand rupiah)
2.7. Draft of transcript that has been signed by Assistant Dean I, Head of Department
and faculty members. - The graduation rules will be provided at the time of registration.
