ANNOUNCEMENT OF TA EXAM PERIOD II ACADEMIC YEAR 2012/2013
FSR ISI YOGYAKARTA
Please be informed that the Final Project examination for the second period of the even semester of the 2012/2013 academic year will be held on June 25 to July 4, 2013, with the following conditions:
1. Registration for the final examination is from June 03 - 14, 2013;
2. Fill out and submit the SKR/KS-05 registration form, made in duplicate 4 (four) and known by the guardian lecturer;
3. Submit the latest GPA / Grade List (at least 138 credits, the main course must have been passed) 1 (one) sheet;
4. Submit a photo copy of high school diploma 1 (one) sheet;
5. Submit 5 (five) Final Project papers (including original);
6. Submit 2 (two) Final Project Proposals;
7. Actively studying by including a photo copy of the latest KTM and 1 (one) sheet of SPP & Variable SKS Paid Receipt.
8. All of the above requirements are put into a folder,
- Blue Color: Fine Arts Program
- The Color Red: Art Craft Study Program
- Green Color: Interior Design Study Program
- Yellow Color: Visual Communication Design Program
9. Submission of Final Project Paper in Akmawa no later than June 20, 2013.
