Announced to active ISI Yogyakarta students who are interested in applying for PPA, BBM, and Supersemar scholarships for the Even Semester period 2012/2013.
immediately submit an application to the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta through their respective Faculties starting on the following date : April 30 to May 6, 2013, 2:00 p.m. WIB
Submission requirements are as follows:
- Application letter to the Rector through the Assistant Dean III
- Minimum second semester students and maximum VIII semester students for PPA and BBM, while for SUPERSEMAR at least third semester.
- Latest transcript with Cumulative GPA of 2.50 for BBM, and Cumulative GPA of 3.00 for PPA
- Active College Certificate from Assistant Dean I
- Copy of the latest student card for even semester 2012/2013 legalized by Akmawa Faculty.
- Certificate of Income of Parents / Guardians authorized by the authorities
- Copy of Family Card/C1
- Copy of the latest Electricity Account of the parents' house
- Statement of not receiving scholarships from other sources known by the Assistant Dean III
- Have a certificate or certificate of having participated in co-curricular/extra-curricular activities
- Copy of valid Bank BNI-46 account number (legalized by Bank BNI-46)*
- All requirements are made in duplicate
The required documents are put in a folder and submitted to the Faculty of Student Affairs.
Determination of scholarship awards based on the completeness of files and ranking requirements in accordance with regulations
Submissions outside the predetermined limits will not be served/processed.
