Students submit their course registration requests to their academic advisor by filling out a form. <a href=\"https:\/\/fsrd.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/FORM-PERSETUJUAN-PENGAJUAN-UKT-50-FSR-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">KRS UKT 50%<\/a><br>c. Students register their UKT payment requests% via the following link <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLScJEE3-y-Fj3LWonxLQNXHc61ouU5hpdJF9VAKlK0EubwCbJA\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Click here<\/a> Starting December 23, 2022 - January 2, 2023.<br>Students make UKT payments January 9-17, 2023<br>e. Students will fill out their online KRS through the siak.isi.ac.id portal from January 18-20, 2023.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applying for college leave can be done by:<br>Students fill out the kuliah leave request form. The form can be downloaded via <a href=\"https:\/\/fsrd.isi.ac.id\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/form-cuti-mhs-1.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">this link<\/a><br>b. Students request approval for leave of absence from their academic advisor and department head.<br>c.
