Delivered to students and guardian lecturers at the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta, following up on the Circular Letter of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta number: 6085 \/ IT4 \/ PP \/ 2021 dated December 29, 2021 concerning UKT Payment for Final Semester Students, on Leave, and Waiting for Graduation, here we convey the procedure for applying for UKT 50% with the following provisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Students who can apply for UKT 50% are students at the time of the Even Semester 2021\/2022 entering at least semester 9 (batches 2015, 2016, 2017 for undergraduate students), and at least semester 7 (batches 2017, 2018 for D III students) and only take 6 CREDITS.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 2. Students contact their supervisor to request approval for the courses they are taking;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 3. In light of the ongoing pandemic covid-19<\/em> and it is possible that it is not possible to meet face-to-face between the guardian lecturer and the student to ask for approval in the form of the guardian lecturer's signature, then the approval can be replaced by screenshoot<\/em> WA conversation containing approval of KRS\/courses taken;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 4. Students pay the UKT bill on January 10-18, 2022;<\/p>\n\n\n\n 6. Students fill out KRS on the SIAK portal and are approved by the guardian lecturer on the following date January 17-19, 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n 7.
