FLOW OF HERREGISTRATION AND KRS FILLING<\/strong>

DESCRIPTION
\n<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. To start heregistrasi and filling KRS students prepare KTM,
    \nmoney, etc.<\/li>\n
  2. If in the previous semester the student status : On<\/strong>Then students come to the Library to process and obtain proof of free borrowing from the ISI Yogyakarta library.
    \nLeave\/absence<\/strong>Then students come to the Akmawa counter to take the active return submission form to be filled in and signed by the Assistant Dean I (July 30-August 3, 2012), then process the proof of free borrowing from the ISI Yogyakarta library.<\/li>\n
  3. If you have obtained a library loan receipt, then the student comes to
    \nAkmawa Counter to take and fill in the biodata blank, then
    \npay SEMA in the amount of Rp. 10,000,-<\/li>\n
  4. Then students submit proof of SEMA payment, Free Library,
    \nand fill in the Biodata Form at the Akmawa Counter to get a KRS Form<\/li>\n
  5. If the student has received the KRS form, then the student is required to fill out
    \nand conduct guardianship with their respective lecturers in the Department \/ Prodi
    \nto get acc (August 27 - 29, 2012)<\/li>\n
  6. After KRS is approved \/ accredited by the guardian lecturer, then 1 (one) sheet is collected
    \nat the Akmawa Counter (August 27-29, 2012), for active student data collection.
    \nbased on KRS recordings to be uploaded to Bank BNI as a report on the certainty of the fixed and variable credit fee bills.<\/li>\n
  7. Then students come to BNI 46 to pay the fixed tuition fee and variable credits by showing KTM (September 03 - 05, 2012).<\/li>\n
  8. If all requirements have been met, students meet the Head of Department to authorize KRS by showing proof of payment of fixed tuition fees and variable credits,
    \nbut if the conditions are not met \/ have not paid the fixed tuition fee and variable credits, then students cannot authorize KRS, and must pay tuition fees and credits first.<\/li>\n
