It is respectfully conveyed, following up on the LTMPT Implementation Team Circular Letter No.14\/SE.LTMPT\/2020 dated June 22, 2020 and Press Release No.09\/sipers\/ltmpt\/VI\/2020 regarding the Implementation of UTBK 2020 in New Normal Conditions dated June 24, 2020 that: UTBK test is carried out in two stages, namely: a) Phase I on Date July 5-14, 2020<\/strong>, b) Phase II on Date July 20-29, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For this reason, so that there are no schedules that coincide with the UTBK Test, then The implementation of the Final Project Examination for the Even Semester 2019\/2020 at FSR ISI Yogyakarta was held in two sessions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Session I on July 15-17, 2020<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Session II on August 3 - 11, 2020<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The cooperation of the Study Program Secretaries \/ Study Program Secretaries is requested to submit the TA Exam Schedule no later than July 10, 2020<\/strong> to the Head of Subdivision of Education FSR ISI Yogyakarta. While the TA Revision (hardcopy) of the students must be received by the respective Kajur \/ Kaprodi no later than Monday, September 7, 2020<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The TA Exam can be held in two ways, namely:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Offline TA exam according to covid-19 protocol standards<\/strong>If the TA student is in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (if the student gets parental permission). Kaprodi can organize a limited TA Work Exhibition or Presentation in the FSR ISI Yogyakarta environment by not bringing in crowds \/ according to covid-19 protocols.<\/li>
    2. Online TA exam according to covid-19 protocol standards<\/strong>If the TA student is outside the DIY area. The TA Work Exhibition or Presentation is held online \/ virtually according to the rules set by the Head of Study Program. TA examiners are expected to follow the online TA Examination procession in their respective Study Programs \/ Departments according to the covid19 protocol standards. If you are outside DIY or less than 14 days of quarantine period after coming from out of town, the TA examiner lecturers are required to take the online TA Examination with BDR.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Thus the letter of change in the Implementation of the Final Project Examination for Even Semester 2019\/2020 was submitted to complement letter No. 252 \/ IT.4.2 \/ PP \/ 2020 dated May 28, 2020 concerning Announcement of Final Project Period II Even Semester 2019\/2020.
