In connection with the implementation of the Final Project Examination activities Period II Even Semester
Academic Year 2019\/2020 on July 13-29, 2020, herewith we submit
some provisions as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Final Project Registration Period II Even Semester 2019\/2020 June 29 to July 6, 2020
    online via the link: https:\/\/bit.ly\/formPendaftaranTAFSR<\/li>
  2. Obtain the approval of the Guardian Lecturer, Supervisor I and Supervisor II,
    Kaprodi \/ Kajur by showing screenshots of each Lecturer's chat and uploaded at
    online TA registration form.<\/li>
  3. Collecting TA bundles in the form of compressed softcopies sent to email
    tugasakhirfsr@gmail.com with email Subject format: BendelTA-II-20192-Nama-NIM-prodi
    no later than July 6, 2020, and in the form of hardcopy as many as 4 (four) copies in the form of
    not yet bound, no later than July 8, 2020, if by that date it has not been sent.
    bundle, the student fails as a participant in TA period II. Delivery Address:
    Head of Education FSR ISI Yogyakarta, Jl. Parangtritis Km 6.5 Sewon, Bantul, Yogyakarta,
    Tel.0274-381590, specifically for DKV and TKS study programs, the TA bundle is enough with softcopy.<\/li>
  4. Students who pass verification and administration will get the TA Session Schedule and
    notified via WAG by July 10, 2020.<\/li>
  5. The method used for the Final Project exam with an online \/ teleconference system with
    using the Zoom Meeting program. Students and supervisors will be notified of the ID
    Zoom Meeting and Teleconference TA Exam Password by the Secretary of each study program.<\/li>
  6. In order to ensure the security and confidentiality of data during the teleconference Final Project Examination that
    will be recorded, FSR ISI Yogyakarta expects the Final Project Examination organizing team, Lecturers
    Supervisors, Cognates, and Students to create a new email account according to the Zoom format
    Meeting (Gmail or Yahoo).<\/li>
  7. For students in the Class of 2013 who still have not fulfilled the TA Examination requirements in Semester
    Even 2019\/2020, given the last time to submit in the Spring Semester 2020\/2021.<\/li>
  8. Submission of the revised Final Project Report (Hardcopy) in the respective study program no later than the date
    August 28, 2020.<\/li>
  9. If there are additional requirements at the Prodi level, they will be announced by the Head of Study Program,
    adjusting the situation and conditions during the Covid-19 pandemic
