Yogyakarta, November 7, 2025 \u2013 In an effort to enhance professionalism and the quality of public relations services, the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design (FSRD), Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta is organizing Workshop<\/em> MCMaster of Ceremonies<\/em>) and Protocol for the FSRD Public Relations Team. The activity, which took place on Friday (10\/7\/2025) at the Ajiyasa Building of FSRD ISI Yogyakarta, is part of the faculty's commitment to developing internal capacity to support various academic and institutional activities. Dr. Trisna Pradita Putra, S.Sos., M.M., Head of Public Relations for FSRD ISI Yogyakarta, emphasized in his remarks that workshop<\/em> This becomes an important momentum to strengthen the competence of the public relations team in the fields of MC and protocol. \u201cThe ability to communicate and manage events professionally is a reflection of our institution's image. Through this training, we want to ensure that every faculty activity can be carried out to a higher standard,\u201d he said. Workshop<\/em> opened by M. The training is designed holistically, covering fundamental aspects to technical skills. Participants are equipped with a deep understanding of the roles and functions of an MC, basic principles of protocol, and professional ethics in academic events. The material also covers techniques public speaking<\/em> effective, starting with vocal technique management, intonation, gesture<\/em>, as well as strategies for overcoming nervousness, which often becomes an obstacle for hosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Participants not only receive theory but also have the opportunity to conduct live simulations in various event formats such as seminars, exhibitions, and internal graduations. Each performance receives constructive evaluation from the speakers, allowing participants to continuously improve and hone their skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The participants showed a significant improvement in their confidence and public speaking abilities. \u201cThis training broadened our perspectives on the importance of details in protocol and how to be an MC who is not only informative but also capable of building audience enthusiasm,\u201d said one of the participants. workshop<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This activity is expected to have a direct impact on the quality of organizing various faculty events, both small and large scale, thereby strengthening the professional image of FSRD ISI Yogyakarta in the public eye. Workshop<\/em> This is also part of the sustainable Human Resources (HR) development program launched by FSRD ISI Yogyakarta.
