The entire academic community of the Faculty of Fine Arts ISI Yogyakarta would like to express their deepest condolences on the passing of Drs. Herry Wibowo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is a lecturer in the Department of\nFine Arts Department, Graphic Arts Study Program, Faculty of Fine Arts and Design, ISI Yogyakarta.\nYogyakarta who was appointed as a Civil Servant Candidate starting on\nAugust 01, 1971 and retired on June 01, 2008.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Besides being a lecturer, he is\nis an artist who is known to be able to raise the originality of typical Indonesian characters in his works, such as\nIndonesia in his works such as: oval face,\nstocky body, strong eyes,\netc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
He is the illustrator of\nS.H Mintardja's legendary silat storybooks: Api di Bukit\nMenoreh & Naga Sasra Sabuk Inten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Many of his other works\nabout heroic epics, such as the book Nyi Ageng Serang (published by\nDepdikbud in 1987\/1988), and the story of\nBendhe Mataram. Naga Sasra Sabuk Inten has been recorded into 375 volumes.\nNaga Sasra Sabuk Inten was also the dissertation of a professor at Unes.\nSemarang Prof. Dr. Teguh Supriyanto when he earned his doctorate at UGM. He is an\nalumni of Javanese Literature UNS angkt'81.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Besides books, Mr. Herry\nWibowo is one of those who helped design the diorama of Monas and Satria Museum\nMandala Museum. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mr. Herry Wibowo,\nis known as a warm person with many friends, among others; Prof. Dr. Narsen Afatara, a professor of\nprofessor of art at FSRD UNS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Most recently he has been\nlecturer at ISI Yogya and Modern Design School Yogya. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Congratulations\nway Drs. Herry Wibowo, thank you\nfor all that you have given us, thank you for giving us\nmany valuable experiences during this time,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
