B. Students on leave and students who are absent without permission
\n1. Students on study leave pay 10% of the amount of the Fixed Tuition Fee \/ UKT rate per semester.
\n2. Inactive students without permission (absent), if registering active again are required to pay
\n100% Fixed tuition fees \/ UKT rates during the period of unauthorized inactivity according to the academic year<\/p>\n

C. Basis for Collection of Tuition Fees for Regular, Non-Regular and Foreign Students<\/p>\n

  1. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 57\/KEP\/2005 dated April 26, 2005, students starting the 2005 batch in the 2005\/2006 academic year are subject to fixed tuition fees and variable SKS fees according to the SKS load taken.<\/li>\n
  2. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 104.D\/KEP\/2007 dated August 10, 2007, non-regular students starting the 2007\/2008 academic year are subject to SPP and Variable SKS fees according to the SKS load taken.<\/li>\n
  3. The amount of the fixed tuition fee per semester as well as the Variable SKS fee for foreign students is based on the Letter from the Director General of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number: 1840\/D\/T\/2001 dated May 31, 2001 regarding the provisions regarding the admission of foreign students at state universities.<\/li>\n
  4. Decree of the Rector of ISI Yogyakarta Number: 187\/KEP\/2012 dated April 18, 2012, concerning the Determination of Academic Quality Improvement Contribution (SPMA) Fees, Education Development Contribution (SPP), and Variable Semester Credit Unit (SKS) fees ISI Yogyakarta Academic Year 2012\/2013.<\/li>\n

    II. Payment Time
    \n1. Payment of Single Tuition Fee (UKT) for students from 2013, 2014, 2015,
    \nand 2016 were held on January 23 - 27, 2017.
    \n<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 2. Payment of fixed tuition fees and variable credit fees that are unified, for students of class
    \n2010 through 2012 cohorts were held on February 8 - 10, 2017<\/strong><\/p>\n

          V. Time and Place of Consultation for Study Plan Card Filling (KRS)<\/p>\n

          1. Consultation<\/strong> charging<\/strong> Study Plan Card (KRS<\/strong>) with the Guardian Lecturer held on the date of January 30 - February 1, 2017<\/strong><\/li>\n
          2. Consultation place for filling out the Study Plan Card (KRS) is carried out at the Faculty or Department \/ Study Program respectively.<\/li>\n
          3. KRS approval<\/strong> by the Head of Department \/ Head of Study Program on February 9 - 10, 2017<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
