Non Regular Program, and Partnership Program Wave II on August 9 to 11, 2016.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Registration is done by <em>Online<\/em> on the page: <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/pmb.isi.ac.id\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">http:\/\/pmb.isi.ac.id<\/a><\/strong> according to the schedule that has been determined above. <strong>Applicants can only choose 1 (one) study program for 1 (one) selection path. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before registering, prepare the registration requirements first, including:<\/p>\n<p>(<em>requirements and completeness of registration files for each selection path will be informed further<\/em>)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Scan <\/em>recent passport with <strong><em>Photo Ratio: 4 x 6, or max resolution 300px x 450px (red background color), with maximum file size : 200kb, File type: jpg, jpeg, or png <\/em><\/strong>and prepare personal data (KTP\/KK\/SIM\/Student Card), data on school origin, data on diploma number\/certificate of attending UNAS, data on SKHUN\/Raport scores for the third, fourth, and fifth semester as materials for filling out the registration form. <em>Online<\/em><\/li>\n<li>4 (four) recent 3 x 4 color photographs (<em>red color background<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>1 (one) photocopy of identity card (KTP\/KK, SIM, or Student Card),<\/li>\n<li><strong>For those who will graduate in 2016,<\/strong> Attach 1 (one) photocopy of the Certificate of having taken the Final Examination and a photocopy of the report card for semester III, IV and V which has been <strong>legalized<\/strong> by the Principal, while<strong> for 2015 and earlier graduates,<\/strong> attach 2 (two) photocopies of STTB \/ SMA \/ SMK diploma equivalent and SKHUN which has been <strong>legalized<\/strong> by the Principal<\/li>\n<li>1 (one) sheet of Certificate of Parents' Income that has been <strong>authorized<\/strong> by the Treasurer for those with a fixed income (civil servants \/ military \/ police \/ private employees), and for others \/ not fixed (farmers, fishermen, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs, etc.) <strong>authorized<\/strong> by the local Village Head<\/li>\n<li>1 (one) sheet of Health Certificate from a Doctor so that it does not interfere with the smooth learning process, by stating \/ including:\n<ul>\n<li>Healthy lungs and ENT, for students <strong>Faculty of Performing Arts all Departments.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Not color blind according to specialist, for all students <strong>Study Programs except in Music, Karawitan and Ethnomusicology<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>No physical disabilities, stumbling or stuttering, which could interfere with the study process at <strong>each study program in FSP and FSMR.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Certificate of Drug Free Use for <strong>all faculties and departments<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the Official Announcement and Guidelines for New Student Admission Selection for the 2016\/2017 Academic Year (Flow of Registration, Terms and Conditions of Registration, and Registration Procedures) will soon be informed further on the page <a href=\"http:\/\/isi.ac.id\">http:\/\/isi.ac.id<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>For questions and information about the New Student Admission Selection for the 2016\/2017 Academic Year, please contact:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Secretariat of PMB Committee ISI Yogyakarta<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>BAAKPSI <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate Building<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Jl.
