Inform all prospective graduates in the environment of Institut Seni Indonesia Yogyakarta, several things related to the implementation of the 2015\/2016 odd semester graduation are as follows:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Graduation of graduates for the academic year 2015\/2016 will be held on the following date March 12, 2016. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Graduation registration is served at the BAAKPSI Rectorate of ISI Yogyakarta from the date of February 22 to February 26, 2016<\/strong>, during working hours:
    \n- Monday to Thursday: 08.00 - 14.30 WIB (Break at 12.00 - 13.00)
    \n- Friday: 08.00 - 13.30 WIB (Break at 11.30 - 13.00)
    \nby submitting the following requirements:
    \n2.1. Registration form that has been signed by the Dean as much as 1 (one) sheet
    \n2.2. Biodata of prospective graduates \/ graduates as many as 2 (two) sheets
    \n2.3. Photocopy of high school diploma \/ diploma as many as 2 (two) sheets
    \n2.4. Legalized copy of the student card for the odd semester of 2015\/2016.
    \nAkmawa as many as 2 (two) sheets
    \n2.5. Latest black and white photo pass size 3 x 4 cm as many as 7 (seven) sheets
    \n2.6. Pay the graduation fee of Rp. 600,000.00 (six hundred thousand rupiah<\/em>)
    \n2.7. Draft of transcript that has been signed by Assistant Dean I, Head of Department
    \nand faculty members.<\/li>\n
  3. The graduation rules will be provided at the time of registration.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
