ANNOUNCEMENT OF TA EXAM PERIOD II ACADEMIC YEAR 2012\/2013
\nFSR ISI YOGYAKARTA<\/strong><\/p>\n

Please be informed that the Final Project examination for the second period of the even semester of the 2012\/2013 academic year will be held on June 25 to July 4, 2013, with the following conditions:
\n1. Registration for the final examination is from June 03 - 14, 2013;
\n2. Fill out and submit the SKR\/KS-05 registration form, made in duplicate 4 (four) and known by the guardian lecturer;
\n3. Submit the latest GPA \/ Grade List (at least 138 credits, the main course must have been passed) 1 (one) sheet;
\n4. Submit a photo copy of high school diploma 1 (one) sheet;
\n5. Submit 5 (five) Final Project papers (including original);
\n6. Submit 2 (two) Final Project Proposals;
\n7. Actively studying by including a photo copy of the latest KTM and 1 (one) sheet of SPP & Variable SKS Paid Receipt.
\n8. All of the above requirements are put into a folder,
\n- Blue Color: Fine Arts Program
\n- The Color Red: Art Craft Study Program
\n- Green Color: Interior Design Study Program
\n- Yellow Color: Visual Communication Design Program
\n9. Submission of Final Project Paper in Akmawa no later than June 20, 2013.<\/p>\n
